A major open space and sports facility, with a children’s playground. It is used for rugby and football, and there is a Sports Pavilion. There are also a number of footpaths in the area.

The popular Edenbridge Bonfire Society fireworks display takes place here.

There are two car parks, one accessible from Coomb Field and the other off Lingfield Road.
